Lunch:  Ground Beef (Cooked), Kraft Singles American Cheese, Mixed Vegetables (Solids and Liquids, Canned). Dinner:  Body Fortress Super Whey Protein Shot, Shrimp. Snacks/Other:  Dean's Fat Free Cottage Cheese, Nabisco Triscuit Roasted Garlic Crackers, Starbucks VIA Ready Brew - Mocha, StarKist Foods Tuna Creations Sweet and Spicy.
