Fat: 55.99g | Prot: 105.33g | Carb: 156.63g.   Breakfast:  Cream Substitute (Liquid), Coffee. Lunch:  ground lean beef, corn tortilla, shredded mozzarella, squash. Dinner:  California Rolls, ground turkey, tomato sauce, wheat penne noodles, mashed potatoes, bacon croutons. Snacks/Other:  Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Butter Toffee, liquid whey protein, double stuff oreos.
