Fat: 55.99g | Prot: 105.33g | Carb: 156.63g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Cream Substitute (Liquid). Lunch:  corn tortilla, ground lean beef, shredded mozzarella, squash. Dinner:  bacon croutons, California Rolls, ground turkey, mashed potatoes, tomato sauce, wheat penne noodles. Snacks/Other:  double stuff oreos, liquid whey protein, Natural Oven Roasted Almonds - Butter Toffee.
