Fat: 40.19g | Prot: 76.47g | Carb: 104.35g.   Breakfast:  coffee, Soy Slender, oikos Strawberry greek. Lunch:  Spring mix lettuce, fat free ranch, tomato, Tuna Creations Sweet and Spicy, Low Fat cottage cheese deans. Dinner:  corn tortilla, grilled chicken, Shrimp. Snacks/Other:  Oven roasted Almonds butter toffee, Quaker popped chili, Snack Cracker, Peanut Butter, Hazelnut Spread.
