Fat: 70.16g | Prot: 141.86g | Carb: 260.46g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla, Coffee, Granulated Sugar , Milk (Nonfat) . Lunch:  Bananas, Cheddar Cheese, Country Oatmeal Bread, Herb Roasted Turkey Breast (Castle Wood Reserve), Mayonnaise. Dinner:  Chips Ahoy! Chunky Chocolate, Chocolate Caramel Cluster Nutrition Bar, Mashed Potato, Meat Loaf. Snacks/Other:  Gingerbread Cake & Cookie Mix.
