Lunch:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Cream (Half & Half), Russet House Sweet Potato Fries. Dinner:  Feta Cheese, Gyro Sandwich (Pita Bread, Beef, Lamb, Onion, Condiments with Tomato and Spread), McDonald's French Fries (Small), Red Table Wine. Snacks/Other:  No Calorie Sweetener Packets, Snickers Snickers Bar (Miniatures), Tea (Brewed).
