Fat: 29.03g | Prot: 68.53g | Carb: 220.78g.   Breakfast:  silk almond milk, Special K Chocolatey Strawberry Cereal. Lunch:  cheddar cheese, hormel deli, Italian Salad Mix, Multi Grain Low in Carbs Gourmet Tortillas, silk chocolate, wild garden hummus dip. Dinner:  aunt millie potato light, garlic & herb cheese, ragu sauce, whole grain penne pasta, world market soda. Snacks/Other:  Coffee, coffee creamer, fage cherry pomegranate.
