Fat: 91.39g | Prot: 163.38g | Carb: 275.21g.   Breakfast:  banana, butter, coffee, Everything bagel wegman's, sugar, whole milk. Lunch:  cabbage, cheese, chuck steak, skim milk, soya sauce, sugar, Whole WHeat Toast. Dinner:  cheese, cherry tomatoes, chicken breast, green onion, mashed potatoes, peas. Snacks/Other:  cheese, clementines.
