Fat: 50.06g | Prot: 73.09g | Carb: 210.30g.   Breakfast:  Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Coffee Creamer - Caramel, Life Cereal - Cinnamon, Pumpkin Butter, Total 0% Greek Yogurt. Lunch:  Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage, Onions, Rotini Pasta, Roasted Garlic Alfredo Sauce, Steaminbag California Blend, Parmesan & Romano Pasta Sauce. Dinner:  Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), California Pizza Kitchen Sicilian Pizza. Snacks/Other:  Beer, Tortilla Triangles, German Chocolate Cookie Rings with Caramel.
