Dinner:  Baby Spinach, Bananas, Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Imperial 39% Vegetable Oil Spread. Snacks/Other:  Blueberries, Cheddar Cheese, French or Vienna Bread (Includes Sourdough), Oranges.
