Fat: 44.47g | Prot: 79.18g | Carb: 177.01g.   Lunch:  marble cheese, red pepper dressing, tossed salad, tuna fish salad. Dinner:  broccoli, carrots, cucumbers, fat free cheese slice, fat free sour cream, ham, whoke wheat tortilla. Snacks/Other:  cookies, mixed berries, Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt.
