Breakfast: light yogurt- peach, spaghetti sauce organic, whole wheat spaghetti noodles. Lunch: banana, rosarita refried beans, sharp cheddar cheese, tortilla. Dinner: broccoli, carrots, green leaf lett, ranch, sliced ham, sunflower seeds, tomatoes. Snacks/Other: kiwi, tomato soup.
