Fat: 45.80g | Prot: 84.65g | Carb: 172.50g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Eggo Nutri-Grain Low Fat Waffles, Harris Teeter Sugar Free Syrup, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified). Lunch:  French's Classic Yellow Mustard, Mt. Olive Zesty Kosher Dills, Texas Pete Chili Sauce, Trader Joe's All Natural Uncured Chicken Hot Dogs, Trader Joe's Multigrain Hot Dog Buns, Trader Joe's Spicy Soy and Flaxseed Tortilla Chips. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Fisher Slivered Almonds, Kroger Raw Large Shrimp, Lettuce. Snacks/Other:  Calbee Snapea Crisps Caesar Flavor, Cantaloupe Melons, Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt - Vanilla, Strawberries, Sugar Free Shortbread Cookies.
