Fat: 45.80g | Prot: 84.65g | Carb: 172.50g.   Breakfast:  Eggo Nutri-Grain Low Fat Waffles, Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Harris Teeter Sugar Free Syrup. Lunch:  Trader Joe's All Natural Uncured Chicken Hot Dogs, Trader Joe's Multigrain Hot Dog Buns, Texas Pete Chili Sauce, Trader Joe's Spicy Soy and Flaxseed Tortilla Chips, Mt. Olive Zesty Kosher Dills, French's Classic Yellow Mustard. Dinner:  Lettuce, Kroger Raw Large Shrimp, Fisher Slivered Almonds, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Calbee Snapea Crisps Caesar Flavor, Cantaloupe Melons, Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt - Vanilla, Strawberries, Sugar Free Shortbread Cookies.
