Fat: 36.80g | Prot: 67.61g | Carb: 88.12g.   Breakfast:  1-vanilla soy milk, coffee, original coffee-mate, millville oatmeal (1/4 cup), cinnamon, pb2, coconut flour, flax seed, body fortress. Lunch:  laughing cow cheese, chicken boneless skinless, tumaro, spinach, marketside salsa. Dinner:  orange muscat vinegar, dried cranberries, walnut, feta fat free, spinach, kale. Snacks/Other:  my low sodium trail mix, fage, cinnamon, GetBalance, marketside salsa, mr. wheat, coconut flour, pb2.
