Fat: 36.80g | Prot: 67.61g | Carb: 88.12g.   Breakfast:  1-vanilla soy milk, body fortress, cinnamon, coconut flour, coffee, flax seed, millville oatmeal (1/4 cup), original coffee-mate, pb2. Lunch:  chicken boneless skinless, laughing cow cheese, marketside salsa, spinach, tumaro. Dinner:  dried cranberries, feta fat free, kale, orange muscat vinegar, spinach, walnut. Snacks/Other:  cinnamon, coconut flour, fage, GetBalance, marketside salsa, mr. wheat, my low sodium trail mix, pb2.
