Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Cooked Summer Squash (from Fresh), Navels Oranges, Parmesan Cheese (Grated). Dinner:  98% Fat Free Turkey Breast, Butternut Squash Bisque, Canned Black Beans, Fat Free American Cheese Singles, Fat Free Sour Cream, Ground Chicken, Lean Ground Turkey Breast. Snacks/Other:  Cappuccino, Fat Free Milk, Fat Free Ricotta Cheese, Fat Free Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding, Granny Smith Apples.
