Fat: 43.19g | Prot: 165.97g | Carb: 159.61g.   Breakfast:  Vi-Shape Nutritional Shake Mix, Milk (Nonfat), Coffee, Cream Substitute (Powdered), Sugar. Lunch:  Apple & Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal, Tuna in Water, Smoked Beef Sausage Stick. Dinner:  Scalloped Potato, Flank Steak, Noodles.
