Fat: 48.58g | Prot: 85.23g | Carb: 168.57g.   Breakfast:  egg whites, cabot cheese, fiber one 90. Lunch:  joseph's, bulkie, deli roast beef, cucumber, 18 Pretzels, whipped cream cheese, hershey kiss, cocoa puffs, milk. Dinner:  chicken thigh, cauliflower, asparagus, butter, chicken thigh, zucchini. Snacks/Other:  corn bagel, whipped cream cheese, milk.
