Fat: 48.58g | Prot: 85.23g | Carb: 168.57g.   Breakfast:  cabot cheese, egg whites, fiber one 90. Lunch:  18 Pretzels, bulkie, cocoa puffs, cucumber, deli roast beef, hershey kiss, joseph's, milk, whipped cream cheese. Dinner:  asparagus, butter, cauliflower, chicken thigh, chicken thigh, zucchini. Snacks/Other:  corn bagel, milk, whipped cream cheese.
