Lunch:  Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Large Tortillas, Jalapeno Yogurt Dip, Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Shaved Turkey Breast, Baby Spinach, Lettuce Trio, Raw Almonds Unsalted. Dinner:  BEEFY ONION SOUP MIX, Sprouted Rice & Quinoa Blend, Corn on the Cob, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat) . Snacks/Other:  Cheese Heads Original String Cheese, Red Grapefruit in Juice, Classic Kettle Corn.
