Lunch:  Baby Spinach, Deli Fresh Oven Roasted Shaved Turkey Breast, Jalapeno Yogurt Dip, Lettuce Trio, Raw Almonds Unsalted, Smart & Delicious Low Carb High Fiber Large Tortillas. Dinner:  BEEFY ONION SOUP MIX, Corn on the Cob, Ground Beef (95% Lean / 5% Fat) , Sprouted Rice & Quinoa Blend. Snacks/Other:  Cheese Heads Original String Cheese, Classic Kettle Corn, Red Grapefruit in Juice.
