Lunch:  12" Turkey Breast, Provolone Cheese. Dinner:  Butter, Cheese Ravioli, Salmon, Steamfresh Baby Potato Blend. Snacks/Other:  Energy Gel, G2 Fruit Punch, Hammer Gel, Light Triple Berry Smoothie (Yoplait), Lowfat Plain Kefir, Milk (Nonfat), Smart Pop! 100 Calorie Mini Bag, Sourdough Hard Pretzels, Tabbouleh (Bulgar with Tomatoes and Parsley).
