Fat: 122.62g | Prot: 102.74g | Carb: 161.06g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Grain Oatmeal, Sliced Almonds, Pure Unsweetened Almond Milk. Lunch:  Broccoli, baked tandoori salmon skewers, larabar chip. Dinner:  Whole Wheat Bread, peanut butter smart balance, coconut oil, Lite Coconut Milk, Whey, Unsweetened Flaked Coconut, Almond Butter. Snacks/Other:  Mixed Nuts, Earl Grey Tea, Almond Milk, Green Tea, Dried Fig, Calorie Free Sweetener, Cocoa Powder, Total 2% Yogurt, kind nut delight.
