Dinner:  Almond Butter, coconut oil, Lite Coconut Milk, peanut butter smart balance, Unsweetened Flaked Coconut, Whey, Whole Wheat Bread. Snacks/Other:  Almond Milk, Calorie Free Sweetener, Cocoa Powder, Dried Fig, Earl Grey Tea, Green Tea, kind nut delight, Mixed Nuts, Total 2% Yogurt.
