Lunch:  cucumber, Egg, ham, Rye Bread (Reduced Calorie), Tomatoes. Dinner:  carrot, chicken , spring onion, White Rice (Long-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  applesauce, banana, coffee whitener, cookies, Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Special Dark Chocolate Bar Candies.
