Fat: 48.66g | Prot: 91.09g | Carb: 166.27g.   Breakfast:  All Natural Creamy Peanut Butter, Hearty Grains 100% Whole Wheat English Muffins. Lunch:  Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh, Cucumber (with Peel), Hearts of Romaine Lettuce, Herbed Chicken Cous Cous Mix, Homestyle 39% Vegetable Oil Spread, Honey, Light Balsamic & Basil Vinaigrette, Onions, Red Onions, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Dan Dan Noodle Bowl Chicken. Snacks/Other:  Fortune Cookie, Raw Almonds.
