Fat: 76.83g | Prot: 69.65g | Carb: 158.79g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Scrambled Egg, Mild Italian Sausage Patties, Whole Wheat Pita Bread. Lunch:  Beef Bologna, Butterbread, Taco Chips. Dinner:  Black Olives, Chicken Breast, Garlic & Olive Oil Vermicelli, Caramelized Brussels Sprouts. Snacks/Other:  Triscuit Thin Crisps Original, Pinot Grigio, Pineapple Upside-Down Cake Mix.
