Fat: 54.11g | Prot: 87.55g | Carb: 336.01g.   Breakfast:  silk soy milk, nature's path corn flakes. Lunch:  wellington, Black and Red Chili. Dinner:  Ketchup, tofurky, squirrel, garden of eatin' chili lime, stacey's, Mozzarella Soy Cheese. Snacks/Other:  gardettos.
