Fat: 83.40g | Prot: 84.59g | Carb: 253.29g.   Breakfast:  Apple & Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal. Lunch:  6" Club, Baked Potato Chips. Dinner:  Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Grilled Chicken, Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk), Whole Wheat Tortillas. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Coated Soft Peanut Butter Granola Bars, Yogurt Covered Pretzel.
