Fat: 83.40g | Prot: 84.59g | Carb: 253.29g.   Breakfast:  Apple & Cinnamon Instant Oatmeal. Lunch:  6" Club, Baked Potato Chips. Dinner:  Whole Wheat Tortillas, Grilled Chicken, Cooked Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Lima Beans, Peas, Green Beans and Carrots), Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk). Snacks/Other:  Yogurt Covered Pretzel, Chocolate Coated Soft Peanut Butter Granola Bars.
