Lunch:  Hamburger (Single Patty with Condiments), Onion Rings (Breaded and Fried). Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Beef Top Sirloin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Texas Toast.
