Fat: 30.83g | Prot: 93.07g | Carb: 131.54g.   Breakfast:  eggs, Sweet Red Peppers, Onions, Cheddar or American Cheese (Reduced Fat, Pasteurized), Heart Healthy Pita Bread, PAM cooking spray. Lunch:  Chicken Thigh Meat (Broilers or Fryers), can of lentil soup , pasta. Dinner:  scallops, clams, shrimp, Meatless Pasta with Tomato Sauce. Snacks/Other:  red wine.
