Fat: 30.83g | Prot: 93.07g | Carb: 131.54g.   Breakfast:  Cheddar or American Cheese (Reduced Fat, Pasteurized), eggs, Heart Healthy Pita Bread, Onions, PAM cooking spray, Sweet Red Peppers. Lunch:  can of lentil soup , Chicken Thigh Meat (Broilers or Fryers), pasta. Dinner:  clams, Meatless Pasta with Tomato Sauce, scallops, shrimp. Snacks/Other:  red wine.
