Fat: 42.25g | Prot: 74.41g | Carb: 166.61g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Fat Free Half and Half Cream. Lunch:  Cooked Carrots, Grapes, Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Strawberries, Zucchini. Dinner:  Minute Maid Light Lemonade, Wendy's French Fries (Small), Wendy's homestyle chicken sandwich. Snacks/Other:  Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Fudge.
