Lunch:  Asparagus (Unprepared, Frozen), Cream (Half & Half), The Great Fish Co. Tilapia Fillets. Dinner:  2% Fat Milk, Bananas, Post Honey Bunches of Oats Honey Roasted, Soybeans (Mature Seeds, Steamed, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  Fiber One 90 Calorie Chewy Bars - Chocolate Caramel & Pretzel, Nabisco 100 Cal Ritz Snack Mix.
