Lunch:  Roast Beef (Lean Only Eaten), Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Roasted Red Pepper, Apples, Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Lavash Flat Bread, mcdonalds chicken breast, Light Creamy Swiss Cheese. Dinner:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Grilled Zucchini, Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, Grilled Chicken Breast, Cooked Brussels Sprouts (from Frozen, Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Fat Free Dairy Whipped Topping, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Milk, 100 Calorie Pack Cinnamon Streusel Coffee Cakes, Original Potato Chips, Cocoa Roast Almonds 100 Calorie Pack, Banana.
