Fat: 49.07g | Prot: 42.36g | Carb: 112.23g.   Breakfast:  Bananas, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Onions, Peppers, Tomatoes and Mushrooms, Brown and Serve Reduced Fat Turkey Sausage, Light Apple Juice Cocktail. Lunch:  breakfast on the go! nut & granola mix. Dinner:  Smoked Salmon, Mashed Potatoes with Gravy, Cooked Broccoli with Cheese Sauce.
