Fat: 62.61g | Prot: 82.79g | Carb: 298.41g.   Breakfast:  100% Whole Wheat Bagels, banana. Lunch:  ball park beef patty, goldfish bread, peanut butter, pickle, tyson chicken nuggets. Dinner:  friendly's purely pistachio, ronzoni pasta portions, trans ocean. Snacks/Other:  nutri-grain fruit crunch, salsa.
