Fat: 61.22g | Prot: 93.47g | Carb: 349.04g.   Breakfast:  frosted flakes, 2% Fat Milk, tropicana orange juice, banana, cocoa krispies. Lunch:  weaver buffalo style wing flats, reser's macaroni salad. Dinner:  chicken breast, broccoli, wolffs kasha, cooking sherry, edys mint cookie crunch. Snacks/Other:  orange, apple, wheat thins, del monte 50.
