Fat: 44.48g | Prot: 71.02g | Carb: 50.09g.   Breakfast:  part skim mozzarella , Probiotic Yogurt, scrambled egg. Lunch:  fried squid, shiitake mushroom, shrimp. Dinner:  beef, chicken , squid. Snacks/Other:  eggplant, turnip, vegetable oil .
