Fat: 43.16g | Prot: 69.37g | Carb: 59.68g.   Breakfast:  蛋白, green pepper, cheddar, 12 Grain Bread, sunflower seeds, milk. Lunch:  egg white, strawberries, whipped cream, marble cheese, red bell pepper. Dinner:  Pork Loin (Tenderloin), tiramisu, Four Pizza .
