Fat: 43.16g | Prot: 69.37g | Carb: 59.68g.   Breakfast:  12 Grain Bread, cheddar, green pepper, milk, sunflower seeds, 蛋白. Lunch:  egg white, marble cheese, red bell pepper, strawberries, whipped cream. Dinner:  Four Pizza , Pork Loin (Tenderloin), tiramisu.
