Fat: 31.75g | Prot: 54.53g | Carb: 108.77g.   Breakfast:  bbq sauce, cream cheese, mcdonald's muffin, Melba Toast. Lunch:  mussels, oil, rice noodles, tim hortons bagel. Dinner:  chicken drumstick, peanut butter, ribs, shrimp. Snacks/Other:  edamame bean.
