Fat: 31.75g | Prot: 54.53g | Carb: 108.77g.   Breakfast:  Melba Toast, cream cheese, bbq sauce, mcdonald's muffin. Lunch:  tim hortons bagel, rice noodles, mussels, oil. Dinner:  shrimp, chicken drumstick, ribs, peanut butter. Snacks/Other:  edamame bean.
