Lunch:  Hamburger Buns, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), Ultra Thin Sliced Mild Cheddar Cheese, Sweet Bar-B-Q Sauce, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Sweet Bar-B-Q Sauce, Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast. Dinner:  Fettuccine Alfredo, ICICLE SUPREME IMIT CRABMT.
