Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Ground Beef (90% Lean / 10% Fat), Hamburger Buns, Sweet Bar-B-Q Sauce, Sweet Bar-B-Q Sauce, Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Ultra Thin Sliced Mild Cheddar Cheese. Dinner:  Fettuccine Alfredo, ICICLE SUPREME IMIT CRABMT.
