Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Sweet Bar-B-Q Sauce, Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Turkey Breast. Dinner:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Lower Sodium Cooked Ham, Buffalo Wing Sauce, Bananas. Snacks/Other:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), Milk (Nonfat), Cap'n Crunch Sweetened Corn & Oat Cereal, Beef Jerky.
