Fat: 31.38g | Prot: 60.32g | Carb: 215.80g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Milk (Nonfat), Sugar Free Pumpkin, The Original & Best Corn Flakes. Lunch:  fiber one 90 calorie brownie, Golden Delicious Apples. Dinner:  butter, corn meal, evoo, fettuccini , Garlic, great value chicken breast, green giant canned asparagus, hungry jack complete wheat blends, stewed tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  35 Calorie Wheat Bread, Honey, Pure Almond Extract, Special K Cracker Chips - Cheddar, Sweetener, Total 0% Greek Yogurt.
