Fat: 77.99g | Prot: 151.72g | Carb: 141.20g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Egg, Hearty Light Multi-Grain English Muffins, Pepperoni, Pure Irish Butter. Lunch:  Premium Black Angus Beef Flank Steak, Sesame Oil, Thompson Seedless Grapes (Solids and Liquids, Water Pack, Canned). Dinner:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast, Sweet Potato. Snacks/Other:  2% Reduced Fat Milk, Bananas, Blueberries , Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt Plain 0% Fat, Super Advanced Whey Protein - Vanilla.
