Fat: 50.63g | Prot: 93.66g | Carb: 49.12g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Protein - Frosty Chocolate, Coffee, No Calorie Sweetener, Vanilla Carbmaster Nonfat Reduced Sugar Milk. Lunch:  Broccoli , Pork Loin (Country-Style Ribs) , Tuna Fish Salad. Dinner:  Braised or Boiled Beef Pot Roast, Dinner Rolls. Snacks/Other:  Advantage Peanut Fudge Granola Bar, Fontina Cheese, Oyster Crackers.
