Fat: 62.15g | Prot: 103.92g | Carb: 60.47g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Protein - Frosty Chocolate, Coffee, Fried Egg, Hash Brown (from Frozen), Vanilla Carbmaster Nonfat Reduced Sugar Milk. Lunch:  Green Snap Beans (Frozen), Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Wing (Skin Eaten). Dinner:  Eggplant, Italian Sausage, Mozzarella Cheese, Mushrooms, Onions, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Ricotta Cheese (Part Skim Milk), Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Advantage Peanut Butter Granola Bar.
