Fat: 50.39g | Prot: 87.50g | Carb: 59.19g.   Breakfast:  100% Whey Protein - Frosty Chocolate, Coffee, No Calorie Sweetener, Vanilla Carbmaster Nonfat Reduced Sugar Milk. Lunch:  Broccoli , Deli Style Smoked Turkey Breast. Dinner:  Avocados , Cucumber (with Peel) , French Fried Onions, Pork Loin (Country-Style Ribs, Lean Only), Romaine Hearts, Sweet Vidalia Onion Salad Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Advantage Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar, Celery , Spreadable Cheese - Light Garlic & Herbs.
