Fat: 89.02g | Prot: 97.60g | Carb: 147.67g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Egg, half and half, Spicy Hot 100% Vegetable Juice, spicy pork sausage. Lunch:  cheddar cheese, cream of tomato soup, toasted rye bread, turkey. Dinner:  escarole soup, side salad. Snacks/Other:  banana.
