Lunch:  herbalife personal protein, banana, herbalife fiber complex, herbalife chocolate shake mix, herbalife protein drink mix. Dinner:  salsa, lettuce, shredded cheese, refried beans, tostada shells, schwan's chicken breast filet, brown rice, light cherry pie filling, cool whip. Snacks/Other:  string cheese, chobani pineapple yogurt.
