Lunch:  banana, herbalife chocolate shake mix, herbalife fiber complex, herbalife personal protein, herbalife protein drink mix. Dinner:  brown rice, cool whip, lettuce, light cherry pie filling, refried beans, salsa, schwan's chicken breast filet, shredded cheese, tostada shells. Snacks/Other:  chobani pineapple yogurt, string cheese.
