Fat: 42.37g | Prot: 93.39g | Carb: 174.59g.   Breakfast:  eggs, coffee, red potatos, extra virgin olive oil, turkey sausage jennie-o, coffee creamer powdered coffeemate. Lunch:  sourdough bread, chicken breast, milk fat free lactose free, mission guacamole flavored dip, frozen vegetables steam fresh. Dinner:  cranberry juice langers low sugar, chicken with basil cream sauce, chocolate chocolate chip cookie. Snacks/Other:  string cheese frigo lite, cherries.
