Fat: 42.37g | Prot: 93.39g | Carb: 174.59g.   Breakfast:  coffee, coffee creamer powdered coffeemate, eggs, extra virgin olive oil, red potatos, turkey sausage jennie-o. Lunch:  chicken breast, frozen vegetables steam fresh, milk fat free lactose free, mission guacamole flavored dip, sourdough bread. Dinner:  chicken with basil cream sauce, chocolate chocolate chip cookie, cranberry juice langers low sugar. Snacks/Other:  cherries, string cheese frigo lite.
