Fat: 73.66g | Prot: 61.93g | Carb: 208.27g.   Breakfast:  Cultured Coconut Milk Yogurt - Plain, water. Lunch:  fried eggs, grape tomatoes, Uncured Back Bacon - Nitrate Free, V8 Original can. Dinner:  Quinoa & Brown Rice with garlic, V8 11.5 Original. Snacks/Other:  avocado, Hazelnut Nut-Thins, tomato.
