Fat: 18.83g | Prot: 81.21g | Carb: 137.80g.   Breakfast:  Blackberries, Flaxseed Seeds, Kale, Kirkland Signature Greek Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Orange Juice, Strawberries. Lunch:  Carrots, Imagine Foods Organic Sweet Potato Soup, Nectarines, Peanut Butter, Premier Nutrition High Protein Shake - Chocolate. Dinner:  Cooked Spaghetti Squash (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cucumber (with Peel), Lettuce, Pilgrim's Pride Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Wish-Bone Fat Free Italian Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Grandy's Cinnamon Roll.
