Fat: 18.83g | Prot: 81.21g | Carb: 137.80g.   Breakfast:  Blackberries, Kale, Orange Juice, Kirkland Signature Greek Yogurt, Flaxseed Seeds, Strawberries, Lemon Juice. Lunch:  Premier Nutrition High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Nectarines, Peanut Butter, Imagine Foods Organic Sweet Potato Soup, Carrots. Dinner:  Cooked Spaghetti Squash (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Pilgrim's Pride Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Lettuce, Cucumber (with Peel), Wish-Bone Fat Free Italian Dressing. Snacks/Other:  Grandy's Cinnamon Roll.
