Fat: 19.91g | Prot: 84.47g | Carb: 134.32g.   Breakfast:  banana, joseph's lavash, egg whites, asiago cheese, smoked salmon. Lunch:  canned crab, trader joes latin style black bean soup. Dinner:  salmon, green beans. Snacks/Other:  orange, whiskey, manhattan, blue diamond almond crackers.
