Fat: 19.91g | Prot: 84.47g | Carb: 134.32g.   Breakfast:  asiago cheese, banana, egg whites, joseph's lavash, smoked salmon. Lunch:  canned crab, trader joes latin style black bean soup. Dinner:  green beans, salmon. Snacks/Other:  blue diamond almond crackers, manhattan, orange, whiskey.
