Fat: 72.67g | Prot: 96.09g | Carb: 228.98g.   Breakfast:  Fuji Apples, Nature Valley Protein Chewy Bar. Lunch:  corn, gravy, Mashed Potatoes (Whole Milk and Margarine Added), popcorn chicken. Dinner:  Pam's Chili, oyster cracker, shredded cheddar. Snacks/Other:  soft pretzel, Low Fat Ice Cream Bars - Chocolate Truffle, Rich Dark Chocolate.
