Fat: 22.87g | Prot: 81.34g | Carb: 207.58g.   Breakfast:  english muffin, coffee, butter, fat free half and half, banana, orange juice, strawberries, Granulated Sugar, stonyfield farm lowfat vanilla yogurt. Lunch:  usana. Dinner:  baja fresh salad. Snacks/Other:  minute maid frozen lemonaide.
